Request period and review
Our 14-day refund promise applies to all buyers of this one-time purchase: request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase and you will receive the full purchase price back. Downloading, activation or use does not exclude this promise, even if your statutory withdrawal right has validly ended. Request a refund through paddle.net. Statutory withdrawal, defect and refund rights remain unaffected. Refunding a purchase is different from the normal expiry of the twelve-month online services; it does not involve remotely deleting your files.
Digital content and withdrawal
The entire interface, your Boxes and all local features remain permanently available on your licensed computer. After twelve months, unless you buy again, the time-limited online services, including file transfer and remote features, and your entitlement to new feature updates end. In short: all online features end, but everything local stays with you.
The one-time purchase includes twelve months of online services starting with each licence’s first successful activation, not purchase. Each ProBox Duo licence starts independently. The first activation is recorded; reactivation does not restart the term. There is no automatic renewal or further charge, and no cancellation is needed to prevent renewal. Continued online use requires a voluntary new purchase with its price and service period shown beforehand.
This one-time offer applies to new purchases. Existing contracts and acquired rights are not automatically changed. Starter Plus is no longer offered for new purchases. Earlier subscriptions retain their agreed terms and cancellation routes.
Paddle and mandatory rights
Paddle’s Refund Policy and the request channels stated there apply in addition. Statutory rights for defects, misdescription and other mandatory consumer rights are neither excluded nor restricted by this policy.
